Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service total.
Cancellations made within 8 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the service total. The card on file will be charged.
No call / no show appointments will result in an automatic ban from future bookings.
Clients who cancel twice within the same booking period or who consistently cancel will no longer be able to book.
This policy is in place to protect my time and business. I understand emergencies happen, communication is required and may allow for flexibility.
